We take 1-3 days to process your order and then 1-3 weeks to deliver it to you.

What proves the authenticity of the artwork I buy?
Each artwork is unique and certified by Done With Heart™. A biography of the artist is available on the website in order to understand the approach of the painter. Each work is authenticated by the artist.
How is my order prepared ?
Orders for small size artworks are prepared in our offices from Monday to Friday and require a processing time of 24-48 hours following the reception of the payment.
Orders for large format works require a processing time of 7 to 15 days after receipt of payment. For a faster shipping of your order, please contact us via the contact us form.
The artworks are packed in a secure packaging, custom made for artworks to avoid any damage during shipment.
Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
How can I have it delivered to an address other than my home address?
You can be delivered to the address of your choice. All you have to do is indicate a delivery address different from the billing address on the page where you also choose your delivery method.
How do I return a work purchased on www.donewithheart.com?
If the work does not suit you or arrives damaged and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by making a request for return within the legal period of 14 days from receipt of your package.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the recourse is made within 14 days of the date of receipt and the product(s) concerned is (are) not on sale. How do I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to make a cancellation request. Orders are then processed automatically by our server. This request must be sent to us by e-mail at the following address: email@example.com.
Beyond this time no cancellation will be accepted because the order will be processed. You can always return your order within 14 days after receipt, if you still want a refund.
How do I return my order?
You can return your order 14 days after you have received it. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept your return.
You must return your order in its original package and the product must not have been used. In addition, you will have to pay the shipping costs. We will proceed to refund your order once we have received it. We invite you to contact us by email at this address: firstname.lastname@example.org. so that we can inform you of the terms of refund.
